I develop websites, and have been for several years. I specialize in PHP and MySQL.
From time to time I will write useful little programs in Python or C. Occasionaly I make big ones too!
I enjoy developing and building electronic devices that do many things.
Ever since my grandfather introduced me to Windows 3.1, I've always been fascinated with how computers work, and even more interested in actually making them work. From my very first foray into VBScript and WScript, I have been excited to develop full-scale computer programs.
Right now I'm still a highschool student, however I have had formal classes in both web development and software development. During the past few years, I have been learning C++, Javascript, HTML, XML, and Java. I have also taught myself PHP and SQL, and right now I am working on learning C, Python, and some Assembly language.
I am also very interested in robotics and electronics. I have spent a lot of time working with the Mindstorms NXT and the Arduino, and I've built some rather interesting robots and devices. I've built devices that do use the Arduino micocontroller and an LCD screen to display RSS feeds, and NXTs that create a sonar map of a room.
I enjoy learning about the bleeding edge of technology. I love using Ubuntu and the beta versions of almost everything. I'm an official Campus Rep for Mozilla and love their web browser. Also, I regularly frequent blogs such as Ars Technica, Lifehacker, Gizmodo, and Smashing Magazine.
